If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may avail of our  return policy with the following conditions:



Refund Policy

Opulent offers returns and exchanges for any of our products purchased online, giving you added peace of mind when investing in your new handbag. As long as the return complies with the below requirements, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the full amount (less shipping fees) or an exchange:

  • The hang-tag attached to your item must not be removed; 

  • The return or exchange must be flagged to our customer service team at within 24 hours of receiving the item;

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when first received;

  • All paperwork and receipts must be returned alongside the item;

  • The item must be returned to our store within 2 working days of you first receiving the goods.


Refund Payments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to your mobile number to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.You may also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are unable to go into our store to return your purchased item, we recommend you deliver your product to: Opulent Luxuries International,6/F BIZ TERRENO COMMERCIAL CENTER 39 Scout Torillo, Brgy. Sacred Heart 1103 Quezon City, Philippines via a courier of your choice.  We strongly recommend insuring the item upon delivery for an added fee - this will protect you from any damage/theft whilst the product is in transit. When requesting a refund/exchange you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs.  Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
