To know what exactly you’re getting from our pre-loved collection, below are the condition guide of the items we sell:

BRAND NEW CONDITION
These items are new and unopened and stored in original boxes and dust bags with original tags.

NEVER BEEN USED
These items have never been used. There are no signs of wear or use. They have been stored perfectly, and may even come with original tags, boxes and dust bags.

MINT CONDITION
These items have hardly been used. They are in pristine or immaculate condition. They have no signs of wear and certainly appear to be unworn. They are often unopened and collectibles, and are still in their original packaging.

SA
VERY GOOD
With minimal use and wear. These items are the perfect balance of price and wear. While they may have small signs of wear, these are only visible up close.
A
GOOD
These items have some signs of use but still in good condition. They have very minor staining, a little wear to the corners, or slight scratches. They come at a great price.

FAIR
These items have visible signs of use . They have some staining or wear –– they are reasonably priced because of this.
C
WORN
These items are priced very reasonably because of the obvious signs of wear such as stains or wear, or missing elements like zipper pulls. These are for buyers who restore and upcycle luxury designer bags (cleaning and re-adding missing pieces.
